Essentials for Teachers

This training is a thorough introduction to resilience and why it should become the foundation to health education as part of a broad curriculum that meets the needs of students. The day provides practical experience of the core resilience skills in the context of building a thriving school environment. Teachers gain a personal understanding of the core resilience skills, creating a more informed outlook and approach to situations, and how they can transfer this knowledge to engage with, and support their students and colleagues.
