Booking Terms and Conditions
Bounce Forward is a registered charity that works across and beyond the UK providing a range of training courses and personal development opportunities.

Detailed information about all our courses, development opportunities and services can be found within this website or you can contact us to ask any questions you may have at info@bounceforward.com. Please read all the relevant information prior to submitting a booking. Where possible places are booked at least 30 days prior to the start of the course. All bookings are made via our website.

Confirmed Booking – The Booking Contract
You will receive an email Booking Confirmation with details of your booking. This signifies that the booking is confirmed upon the basis that you fully understand the course detail and agree to pay all the charges set out. If there are any changes to or cancellations of The Booking Contract by you, then cancellation charges will apply. Bounce Forward reserves the right to refuse a booking. Individuals must attend and complete all parts of the agreed course to be eligible for a completion certificate.

Paying For Your Booking
Our terms are immediate payment on receipt of invoice. Invoices are sent once the booking is confirmed and payment is required prior to the commencement of the course and in the case of Pro PRP Booster prior to electronic delivery of materials.

Cancellation and Changes To A Booking
All notification of cancellations for bookings must be communicated in writing to info@bounceforward.com. You will hear back by email within 2 days of receipt of the email. If you have not received an email please call 0330 133 0776 immediately.

Cancellation charges apply as follows;

  •  25 working days notice before the course start date you pay 25% of the total booking cost
  •  15 working days notice before the course start date you pay 50% of the total booking cost
  •  10 working days notice before the course start date you pay 100% of the total booking cost

NOTE: A working day is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

Early Bird Booking And Discounts Codes
Early bird discounts are available for bookings made in advance and other promotional discounts may be available. To apply the code, simply enter it in the field provided at the point of booking.

  • All discounts are clearly stated on our website and have expiry dates.
  • For the discount to apply the booking must be confirmed on or before the expiry date.
  • Bounce Forward has sole discretion to determine whether you have complied and meet the applicable terms for the discount.

Early bird bookings and discounts are Non Refundable and charged at 100% at the point of the Confirmed Booking.

Bounce Forward will accept no liability whatsoever for any loss for any reason beyond the control of Bounce Forward.

Severe Weather
In the event of severe weather a note will be posted in the Latest News section of this website no later than 7.30am on the day of the course. The message will inform delegates about whether the course will go ahead on that day. Where possible an email will also be sent to all delegates, but you are responsible for reading the information posted on the website so that you are aware of whether to travel or not.

In the event that severe weather prevents the course from going ahead then the following applies;

  • New dates will be circulated to all delegates as soon as possible.
  • Your booking will be transferred to the replacement course.
  • Refunds are not provided.

Specific to the Pro PRP – Penn Resilience Programme
Delegates booked on the Pro PRP must attend and complete all 5 days in order to be eligible to teach the Pro PRP to young people in accordance with the Penn Use Agreement. You will be required to arrange signature of the Penn Use Agreement as part of the booking process. Cancellation charges will apply, as set out above.
In exceptional circumstances Bounce Forward can facilitate a ‘catch up’ of a maximum of half a missed day but no more. If more than half a day is missed then you will be offered a place at the next training at the point of the first break. For example if a delegate cannot attend the 2nd day then they can join the next available training at the start of the 2nd day and continue the course.

  • Please note that additional charges will apply to cover refreshment and venue costs.
  • Booking refunds not in accordance with the cancellation terms as set out above, are not available under any circumstances.

Sharing pictures
We take pictures during our training programmes and share them on social media, by signing up and attending you are agreeing to this.

Disclaimer for all our courses and offerings
During our courses and development opportunities delegates will consider, reflect on and learn skills to develop emotional resilience by exploring their own responses to setbacks and challenges that can occur in their everyday lives. It is important that you understand that Bounce Forward;

  • Cannot take responsibility for individual responses to using and learning the skills covered.
  • Courses and development opportunities are not intended to solve individual problems or suitable for the exploration of significant life challenges that delegates may be facing or experienced in the past.
  • Cannot provide therapeutic support of any kind.
  • Take responsibility for a delegates suitability to attend one of our courses or development opportunities. The responsibility sits with the booking delegate.
