We are hiring ……

A talented School Engagement Consultant, who wants to have the chance to influence young people’s lives and make a difference, is needed to join our team. We are an innovative charity who specialise in practical resilience training in schools. This is a rare opportunity to work from home and for an exciting charity with big growth ambitions.

(Although based from home, you will be expected to attend regular meetings at different times in different locations, events and schools across the UK.) 

Boasting a large and diverse team of highly qualified specialists in Positive Psychology, education leadership and workforce development, we have built an enviable reputation delivering flexible, practical programmes to schools across the UK. With ambitious growth plans on the horizon we are seeking a School Engagement Consultant with superb communication skills to take the initiative and engage schools in our work.

On joining you will have an essential role in engaging schools, leading on customer relations and applying for grants and funding. Expect no day to be the same. Acting as one of our front-line ambassador you will develop new leads, meet with schools to help them understand how our training and offers can answer the challenges they face. You will build relationships with key decision makers in schools and work closely with the team to deliver growth targets. You will have a eye on what funding opportunities are available and on the horizon and take the lead on applying for and writing applications.

To qualify… You could be a communications lead, in education, school liaison role or similar, we don’t mind, as long as your CV demonstrates:

  • Educated to degree level or above in a education, communications, or engagement field.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience.
  • Great interpersonal skills, ability to build successful stakeholder relations at all levels.
  • Confident in meeting new people of varying levels of seniority.
  • Ability to collect, analyse data and reporting, identify insights, trends and optimise accordingly.
  • Willing to adapt, be flexible and able to work and travel to different locations across the UK.
  • Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision, take initiative and keep abreast of best practice in working with and supporting schools.
  • Strong organisational skills. Can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, able to manage several projects at once.

Due to the nature of the role you are required to have a full UK Driving Licence, access to your own vehicle and an appropriate working space at home with IT and internet access.
